THE SMALL PRINT, MADE READABLE

Clear rules.
Before the first ticket.

How the weekly raffle actually works: tickets, schedule, prizes and how to check a draw yourself.

01. One ticket, one chance.

Each entry costs €1. There is no minimum or maximum order size beyond a round's total capacity.

Every ticket gets a unique, zero-based integer index, assigned in the order it was bought. All tickets in a round have an equal chance of selection. One ticket cannot win twice in the same draw, but a person holding multiple tickets may win multiple prizes.

This raffle is intended for adults 18 and older.

02. Real money, verified before tickets are issued.

Tickets are paid for in cryptocurrency, either through our payment partner (which accepts a wide range of currencies and networks) or by sending USDC directly to our treasury address on Base. Either way, a ticket is only issued after the payment is independently verified — a submitted amount or transaction hash is never taken on trust.

Receipts and payment history are available on My tickets. A transaction hash can be looked up on its network's public explorer from the Check a transaction page.

03. A Sunday ritual.

Each round opens for entries, closes purchases every Sunday at 19:00, and draws at 20:00. Times follow Kosovo local time, including daylight saving; the app uses the equivalent Europe/Belgrade timezone rules. A new round opens automatically once the previous one is settled.

04. The split is out in the open.

10% of the gross pot is allocated to the operator. The remaining 90% is the prize pool, split across 24 distinct winning tickets:

  • 50% to the first selected ticket.
  • 20% shared by the next three tickets.
  • 30% shared by the final twenty tickets.

Amounts are calculated in whole cents. The operator allocation and first two prize pools are rounded down, with the remaining cents kept in the third pool. Within a shared prize group, extra cents go to the earlier selected tickets. The sum of all allocated prizes and the operator allocation always equals the gross pot.

05. A minimum, and a limit on waiting.

The live minimum is €2,000 gross. Below that threshold, tickets and funds carry into the next sales week at no extra cost. This can happen up to four sales weeks in a row; after that, entries are refunded instead.

06. Reproduce the result yourself.

Before entries open, the server commits to a random seed (published as its SHA-256 hash) and, separately, to a specific future round of the drand public randomness beacon — both fixed before anyone knows the final ticket list, so neither the operator nor anyone else can steer the result. When entries close, the ticket ledger is frozen and hashed, and the seed, ledger hash and drand entropy are combined with HMAC-SHA256 to select 24 winning tickets, with rejection sampling to remove modulo bias.

Each result page publishes the seed, commitment, ticket hash, drand round, ordered winners, every draw attempt and the allocated prize amounts. Anyone can independently replay the calculation — in your browser on the verify page, or with the downloadable standalone Node.js verifier, which uses the same published protocol and no extra packages.

A passing replay proves the draw calculation itself was not tampered with. It does not, by itself, prove that prizes were paid out — check My tickets for your own receipts, or contact us with a payment reference.

07. Your data.

Your account (email, and tickets/receipts) is stored server-side and follows you across devices. If you pay with a connected wallet, its address is recorded against that payment only — it is not linked to your account identity unless you choose to connect the same wallet again. No identity documents are collected. Hosting and payment providers process ordinary request logs and the payment details needed to verify your purchase.
